HOW YOUR ORDER IS HANDLED

When you place your order online here, you'll receive an email order confirmation, shortly afterwards (remember to check your junk folder in case it goes there).

We will then prepare your order to be shipped - your wine is typically shipped from the vineyard around 3-4 business days after we receive your order.

PLEASE NOTE - we do not ship wine in excessive heat (above 30C) or during extreme weather events, so in these circumstances we will hold your wine until the weather is more suitable for transporting.

After your wine has been shipped, you'll receive a separate email from Australia Post, with your tracking number (you can then monitor your delivery if you wish).
