Clue - Ordering Information
Please Read Below Before You Order...
Please note wine is available only in the configurations offered in our online store, and on the order form.
Different ways you can place your order:

How Your Order Is Handled - Delivery within Australia:
When you place your order online, your credit card is billed, and you should receive a confirmation email a few minutes later.
If you order by phone, we'll process your order shortly after you've placed it, and we'll send you an order confirmation.
APRIL RELEASE | On release each year, we delay despatching your wine until late April/early May, when we are assured of cooler forecast temperatures and better weather for transporting wine. However, if you do need your wine sent immediately after ordering, please just let us know when you order (we will still keep an eye on weather forecasts and may not despatch immediately if temperatures are too warm).
Our main priority at this time of year, is to ensure that your wine isn't exposed to heat when it is being transported, so that it arrives to you in its best condition.
Once your wine has been despatched, you'll receive an email notification from AUSTRALIA POST, with tracking information, and regular delivery updates emailed from them, until your wine is delivered.
If you need your wine shipped immediately after ordering, please give us a call on (02) 49987507 (weekdays).
Your wine is sent with AUSTRALIA POST's regular delivery service, which is not express or overnight-guaranteed, so please still allow up to 10 days for delivery, in some instances.
Pick-Up from Cellar Door:
If you've elected to pick up your wine from our cellar door, we will send you a notification when your order is ready to collect.
Please note, if you place your order on a Friday, your wine will not be ready to pick up until the following Monday, as we need to allow time to process your order and pack your wine to have it ready for you to collect.
